This is a view of the grand stairway at the bow of the vessel. This spot will become a gathering point for arrival and departure.

Condominiums have a private balcony overlooking the water. The rooftop houses our runabouts, a golf chipping course and features a landing pad for medevac helicopters.

At the bow of the vessel is a viewing lounge/ barbecue area. Residents can enjoy inside or outside seating.

There is a large open air atrium down the length of the vessel from which residents will enter their condo- miniums. The first deck in the atrium will be a great walking area for those inclined to exercise. Flower boxes along the railings will add a touch of green to this pleasant 20'x 600' atrium area.

River Cities' condo- miniums will have all the comforts of a regular land-based home.

The bow of our River City will have two large restaurant areas with inside and outside seating. A deli, buffet line and a full service restaurant complete with party rooms will occupy these areas.
